County Fair Foods

Every single item in this store is more expensive than the same item at fairplay, which is less than a half mile away. Also they change rules based on certain customers. After getting cash back here a few times I was told all of a sudden there's a $10 minimum for cash back, this is not poster anywhere and I have never seen another customer told this. One day I went in this store multiple times, I forgot to get a few ingredients for a recipe, the African American manager(who is mentioned more than once negatively in these reviews) asked me "how many times you gonna come in here today" strange, like patronizing his store often was somehow bad. Isn't repeat business the goal of grocery store? He then told me I personally was no longer allowed to get cash back at their store, told me the owner had just decided that(when I asked to speak with him he said he wasn't there.) So this place is crazy over priced and treats people differently. The man was rude and condescending.

Costly food items, over price than most other grocery stores. Advertised sale items not so fairly priced or quality poor. Head of lettuce sale price .99 but all had signs of rotting. Once resided in this area over 20 years ago, disappointed to see the downturn of the neighborhood store. Residents may earn more, live in comfortable community and unique homes but it doesn’t give a store the right to up its prices because of its location.
